Our estimate of the costs we are likely to incur on your behalf when you compete in regattas
We expect all payment plans to have been completed in full by 6th of May regardless of when you first incur debt. If you join the payment plan after 8th October you will need to pay the amounts that you would have previously paid up to the date of joining.
Membership for the coming season can be taken out after the 20th of August and you will be asked, during this process, which regattas you might want to attend.
If you nominate you wish to use a payment plan, we will use the info provided by you in #3 (above) to determine the approximate cost and that will determine the amount you are required to pay each period.
All payments must be paid by Automatic Payment on set dates determined by us.
Any default in the agreed payment schedule may require payment in full, of all monies owing, within 30 days of your default. Continued non-payment will be passed to the Management Committee for further action. The cost of recovering any outstanding unpaid debt will be incurred by the member.
We will send you a statement of account at the end of every month by email
You must supply us with a valid email address and agree to check it regularly and to advise treasurer@cambridgerowing.org.nz if you do not receive the above statement.
Your online banking will have an option to set up weekly or fortnightly payments. The amounts below are two weekly. You may want to pay a smaller amount weekly in which case pay half the fortnightly rate. We will advise you of the fees incurred at each regatta (if any) you attend within seven days of that regatta ending. Any inadvertent overpayments to us will be refunded by us.
